The Bursar shall represent the Rector in the economic affairs of the Academy to the fullest extent of his rights and duties and shall act on his/her behalf. The Bursar is accountable to the Rector for his actions and he directly manages the Head of the Economic Department, the Head of the Property Registration and Services, and the Head of the Material Supply and Warehouse Management Department.
